I follow a fluid approach. It means that it's not a linear process; I can move forward or backward depending of the results achieved.


What is it? What's it for? Who is the user? In this step I try to look for the answers of some relevants questions. These answers and questions can change along the entire process.


This is the phase of research. At this stage the problem and the indiviudals involved must be completely defined. It's time to order all the information with Visual Thinking techniques.


Interface design starts here after defining user flows. I create wireframes and prototypes with tools like Addbe XD. In most cases I also develop the entire site.


The aim of this stage is to get feedback from the potential users. I use some qualitative tools with which I can obtain reliable results to check if the problem/s is solved.
